Team Workshops
Most teams don’t struggle because of a lack of talent — they struggle because of how they work together.
Unclear expectations. Feedback that doesn’t land. Tension that gets avoided. Decisions that take too long (or get revisited later). Over time, these small breakdowns compound and slow everything down, leaving people frustrated and discouraged.
Our Team Workshops help teams identify and address those dynamics directly, creating stronger communication, clearer alignment, and healthier ways of working together.
Available as standalone sessions or multi-session series.

Manager Training
Most managers are never actually taught how to lead.
They’re expected to figure it out — while navigating underperformance, unclear expectations, team tension, and constant pressure to deliver. The result is inconsistency, avoidance of hard conversations, and teams that feel misaligned or harder to manage than they should be.
This program changes that.
Our Manager Training is a 12-week, cohort-based experience designed to help managers build the skills, judgment, and confidence to lead people effectively—using their real teams, real challenges, and real work as the foundation.
-
Set clear expectations so work doesn’t stall or need to be re-done
Give feedback that lands - without triggering defensiveness or shutdown
Address performance issues early, before they escalate
Run 1:1s that are actually useful (not just status updates)
Navigate tension and conflict without avoiding or overcorrecting
Develop team members instead of feeling responsible for everything
-
Cohort-based (within your company): Managers learn alongside peers, creating shared language and expectations across the organization
Live, facilitated sessions: Highly interactive, grounded in real scenarios—not theory
Application between sessions: Managers immediately apply what they’re learning with their teams
Real-time problem solving: We work through actual challenges participants are facing—not hypothetical examples
Customizable: Can be tailored to your company’s values, competencies, and leadership expectations
-
New or first-time managers who need a strong foundation
Experienced managers who want to be more effective and consistent
Emerging leaders preparing to step into management
Leadership and executive teams who want to align on what “good management” looks like
-
Managers who complete the program are:
More confident handling real team challenges
More consistent in how they lead and communicate
Better at giving feedback, setting expectations, and developing others
And importantly - this doesn’t just change individual managers.
It creates alignment across your organization, strengthening how teams communicate, make decisions, and work together overall.
Leadership Coaching
Leadership gets heavier as you grow.
The decisions become less clear-cut. Communication matters more. Small patterns — avoidance, overthinking, people-pleasing, difficulty delegating — start affecting not just your own work, but your team’s experience too.
Coaching creates space to slow down, think more clearly, and lead more intentionally.
This is individualized, practical coaching focused on the real situations you’re navigating day-to-day — not abstract leadership theory or generic advice.
-
Every engagement is tailored to the individual, but common focus areas include:
Making decisions with more clarity and confidence
Communicating expectations more effectively
Delegating without micromanaging or losing visibility
Navigating difficult conversations and team dynamics
Managing pressure, ambiguity, and competing priorities
Building leadership presence and influence
Shifting patterns that are no longer serving them or their team
-
Weekly or biweekly sessions: Consistent space for reflection, problem-solving, accountability and action
Customized focus: Coaching is shaped around the leader’s goals, role, and current challenges
Practical application: Conversations are grounded in real decisions, relationships, and team dynamics
Ongoing growth and accountability: Sessions build on each other over time to create meaningful behavior change—not just temporary insight
Coaching is typically sold as a 3–6 month package and can be engaged as a standalone offering or layered into broader team development work.
-
Founders and executives navigating growth and complexity
Managers stepping into larger leadership responsibilities
Emerging leaders preparing for the next level
High-performing individuals who want to lead more effectively and sustainably
-
Leaders leave coaching with:
Clearer thinking and stronger decision-making
More effective communication and leadership habits
Greater self-awareness and confidence under pressure
Better alignment between how they want to lead and how they actually show up
And because leadership shapes team culture, the impact extends beyond the individual — improving how teams communicate, collaborate, and operate overall.
Consulting & Advising
As organizations grow, the way work happens starts to matter just as much as the work itself.
Roles become less clear. Managers handle situations differently. Communication breaks down between teams. Processes that worked for a 10-person company start creating friction at 30, 50, or 100.
We offer Consulting & Advising to help leadership teams build the structures, systems, and operating rhythms that support sustainable growth — without losing the human side of the organization in the process.
This is practical, hands-on support grounded in how teams actually function day-to-day.
-
While every engagement is customized, our work typically focuses on areas like:
Clarifying roles, ownership, and organizational structure
Defining expectations for managers and leadership behavior
Building performance management, accountability and feedback systems
Improving team communication and cross-functional collaboration
Creating healthier operating rhythms for meetings, decision-making, and planning
Supporting leadership teams through periods of growth or change
-
Collaborative partnership: We work closely with founders and leadership teams to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and where friction is showing up
Practical implementation: Not just recommendations—we help translate ideas into workable systems and behaviors
Flexible structure: Engagements can be ongoing advisory support or scoped around a specific challenge or initiative
People + systems approach: We look at both organizational structure and the human dynamics underneath it
-
During periods of rapid growth or change
When communication or accountability feels inconsistent across teams
When leaders are spending too much time untangling preventable issues
When existing systems no longer match the complexity of the organization
-
Organizations leave with:
Clearer structure and ownership
More aligned leadership and management practices
Stronger communication and decision-making systems
Teams that can operate more effectively without constant intervention from leadership
In short: more clarity, less friction, and a stronger foundation for growth.
